According to the Montgomery County Booking Log, APSU men’s basketball player Josh Robinson was arrested on Tuesday, March 7 for Schedule VI marijuana and casual exchange. Robinson’s bond was set at $7,000.
According to Tennessee State Drug Laws, a Schedule VI could range anywhere from a misdemeanor to a Class A felony.
Robinson is suspended from the team indefinitely for violating team rules.
“We will allow the due process of the legal system and the investigation to run its course before taking further action,” athletics director Ryan Ivey said in a release.
