According to an email sent by Main608, beginning Feb. 1, APSU students on-campus will be given first access to the off-campus housing.
APSU Housing and Residence Life will assist students who currently live on campus to submit applications to the property for the Fall 2018 semester.
The pricing and leases will be paid per student, just like the housing guidelines are for on-campus options. Payment will be due directly to Main608.
The annual lease rates for Main608 are: one bed/ one bathroom units for $929.00 per month and for two bed/ two bath units, $759.00 per month.
The agreement will not change anything about the requirement for new freshmen to live on campus.
For APSU students living off campus, Main608 will have a waiting list beginning April 1.
According to the email, there are nearly 500 individuals on the initial information list. Students interested will need to email information to [email protected] with your name, email address and phone number.
Availability of units will be on a first come first serve basis.
According to the Main608 website, “This new construction modern apartment building incorporates comprehensive lifestyle amenities one block from the university, the closest off-campus building. Each bedroom has its own full-sized private bathroom. Apartments are highly stylish, color coordinated, and fully equipped with top of the line appliances.”
The amenities include utilities, flat screen television with cable and high-speed internet and washer and dryer units in rooms.
Main608 also offers a rooftop terrace, café and lounge area, fitness center and student study rooms.
