The Sigma Chi fraternity at Austin Peay State University hosted its 19th annual Easter egg hunt Saturday, April 4, on the Browning Lawn.
There was a strong turnout of kids of all ages ready to hunt for eggs and the chance to win different types of baskets and even a bike. An Easter Bunny also walked around, posing for pictures with attendees.
When asked about the event, fraternity president Luke Beckham said, “The 19th annual Sigma Chi Easter egg hunt means a lot more than just eggs and candy to us. It was about giving families a place to come together, seeing the joy on kids’ faces, and continuing a tradition that reminds us why we do what we do as a brotherhood.”
