A man whose Facebook page refers to him as “Apostle Ronald Cowling” came to campus on Monday, Sept. 12 to preach about his faith in response to John McGlone.
McGlone, who identifies himself as “Saint John” visited campus last week and shared his thoughts on various topics such as homosexuality, adultery and drug use.
According to Cowling’s Facebook page, he was on campus last week when McGlone was preaching. Cowling drew a crowd as he shared his testimony to students to counter-protest what McGlone had to say.
Cowling discussed love and forgiveness, and claimed he had been shot 13 times. He credits God for helping him get his life back on track.
