APSU police responded Monday, Sept. 15, but no charges were filed after a student allegedly threatened to commit a shooting at the APSU Veterans Affairs office.
“After taking statements from three witnesses, campus police determined the incident did not present a danger to the university,” said Charles Booth, assistant director of communication. “The incident is now being vetted through the student discipline process.”
It is now being handled by the Dean of Students Gregory Singleton.
