Tennessee Board of Regents Chancellor John Morgan recommended Alisa White for the president position at APSU.
TBR is expected to make the final decision in a phone meeting at 3:30 p.m. Monday, June 2.
White previously worked at University of Texas at Tyler and made positive developments to the university such as gathering more than $4 million in funding. “Dr. White is the right fit for APSU,” said Morgan. “She will be an excellent leader for this progressive university.” Her full résumé is available at http://tinyurl.com/TBRWhite.

Upon approval, White is expected to assume duties as president Monday, June 30.
